Our team has an extensive and specialized background in real estate and beyond, allowing us to best serve you. Val Khoroshun graduated from American University, Washington College of Law, with a specialization in Real Estate Law and Contract Negotiation. Taking advantage of the training received from the top Coldwell Banker agent, Andrew Lacey, Michael became an expert in selling and negotiating techniques for the past 10 years.

 

On a personal level, Michael has completed his pilot’s license and frequently incorporates flying into our business by servicing our clientele outside of our local focus area of Northern Virginia. In the spirit of forming relationships with clients and bringing a sense of enjoyment to the business, we love to take friends, family, and clients out on our boat and enjoy the occasional sunset cruise and views of the beautiful DMV harbors.

Valeriya's extensive background in Real Estate and Contracts Law has made her an invaluable asset to the TSG Team. Valeriya received a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law in Washington DC, with a concentration on contracts law and real estate law. Valeriya brings her knowledge of law and marketing, along with her love for interior design and architecture, to her role as the Managing Partner and Marketing Manager at the TSG. Her unique background expands the TSG and allows us to assist our clients at a higher level by supporting our real estate sales advisors, individual marketing efforts, and overall team operations.

Stephen is an ambitious and devoted real estate agent serving Northern Virginia. He moved to the area when he was 5 years and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. His passion for real estate began when he bought his first home with his agent and now mentor Michael Sobhi. Michael showed Stephen how seamless and hassle-free the home buying/selling process should be - now, Stephen strives to pay it forward with each and every client he comes across. Sly is a Northern Virginia native that has always had a passion for business. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance from James Madison University, graduating with honors. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Sly spent several years as a real estate investor, acquiring properties in multiple cities, often negotiating his own deals on both the buy and sell side, as well as running his own comparables/numbers. The transition into becoming a real estate agent was a natural one, and Sly looks forward to leveraging his years as an investor to better serve his clients in the Washington D.C. high-end residential market.
