They say that life is more about the journey than the destination, and in a way, I tend to embody that idea in my personal life. While most people worry about the past and the future, I have a tendency to keep my head in the present. This has led me to recently complete my pilots’ license so that I am able to fly my plane to remote locations, freedive, or maybe ski out west. Along these same lines, there is little that I enjoy more than taking my boat out and enjoying a night with friends and family.
In terms of my business, I treat real estate differently because I start every day with one thing in mind: To help people and to look out for my clients’ best interest. I feel that being able to give people the peace of mind and security in such important life decisions allows them to enjoy their present and worry a little less as well. I learned real estate from the best of the best- the Top Coldwell Banker Agent Andrew Lacey. For 5 years my world-class coach mentored me on all of his selling and negotiating techniques, including how to sell quickly, for the most money, with the least amount of stress. In the competitive market of VA, MD, and DC, it is crucial that your agent understands and excels in the art of negotiating so that you can relax as much as possible through the process.
From 2014 to 2017, I was a Top 10 Producer in Fairfax Realty, including being among the top 3 Top Producers in 2016. My persistence and determination to get better and better each year pushes me to the top. I work hard to give all of my clients my 100%, and honing my craft allows me to do just that.
The most recent development in my career it opening up a partnering office with The CAZA Group. This allows me to bring my top of line experience/know-how and their A+ operations together in order to offer the highest client servicing possible.
